From the 19th till the 21st of February at Minho University in Guimarães
 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING


- If your are a minor you should bring the Permission Declaration signed by one of your parents, along with a photocopy of an identity card or passport of him/her.
- a laptop computer or desktop (one per team is enough)
- a sleeping bag (per team element - you sleep in the venue)
- an identification document with a picture (for each team member)
- a mains extension with at least 3 plugs
- tools and material to embellish your robot at your taste... (there is a PRIZE)
- a small padlock for your locker
- a small brush (or even a teeth brush) to clean your electronic board after soldering (advisable)
- the following tools to assemble your robot:

Electrical assembly:
  • Soldering iron
  • Solder
  • Small cutting pliers
  • Vacuum Solder Remover (solder sucker)

Mechanical assembly:
  • Long nose pliers
  • Philips driver
  • Small screw driver
  • Allen key no 2
  • Spanner no 10
  • Spanner no 8
  • Spanner no 5



IMPORTANT


It is important to emphasize the care you should take while assembling your Robotic Kit. All the care is not enough and you should follow the indications given by the tutors in order to avoid damaging the electronic components.

ON ARRIVAL


Each team gets:
- The badges to access the working area
- Event instruction manual
- Robotic KIT
- You have access to a table with a single mains plug
- There are lockers available (do not forget to bring your padlock)
